Elena Franzolini

Having obtained an MA in Language and Cultures for International Communication at Università degli Studi di Milano (Graduated December 2015), I am willing to start an international career that would allow me to apply my intercultural communication abilities.
My personal skills include advanced communication in Spanish, Italian and English, expanded and refined during an Erasmus studio exchange program at the Universidad Europea de Madrid (ES), and a good knowledge of German. I have strong management and organization skills, acquired during my experience in Madrid, studying in fields such as Direct Translation and Intercultural Analysis of Current Affairs. Those contributed to the expansion of my IT skills, Microsoft Office package in particular. Very good performer during project sessions, I particularly enjoy teamwork and developing synergy in the work environment.
Working on my MA dissertation has contributed to enhancing my advanced research and analysis skills and develop my ability to organise quickly my work so as to meet key deadlines and at the same time giving great attention to details.
I am deeply interested in corporate governance and economics, which I have studied during my Master’s Degree in Languages and Cultures for International Communication, as this course combined two foreign languages with economics, commercial law and corporate communication.
I have a strong experience as Sales Hostess for Nestlé Purina S.p.A., which enhanced my interpersonal communication skills and adapt it to an extremely varied public. Working as Sales Hostess helped me also to apply sales and communication strategies acquired during my University studies as well as improving my problem solving skills.
I would consider myself as a friendly, reliable and hard-working person and I always have high expectations for my results.
