My name is Oscar Scimò, I am a Principal Aerospace Engineer (MScEng) and currently I am employed as a contractor in the role of Project Engineer at EATON Aerospace for aircraft fuel pumps.
The work consists in requalifying aerospace fuel pumps (Airbus, Boeing, Embraer) that are being transferred to new suppliers and to be made using new tooling.
Previously I’ve been working with the leading aeronautical industries in EMEA, collecting an extensive international experience and a track record of assignments and capabilities.

I am also certified as an Independent Expert at:
o European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
o European Commission for Research and Innovation.

I am a proud Professional Member of the world’s most prestigious technical Aeronautical Organizations:

Also, my article “A set of objections to the circular runway idea” has been published on "International Airport Review", the leading technical journal for the airport industry with an estimated 30,000 readers across the globe.
