Started with three years of accountant and auditor activity as corporate and fiscal consultancy services, my professional path moved to an Engineering / Defense&Aerospace company multinational experience, initially as Contract Manager, then enhanced as Program Manager, evolved finally into a critical role of a large worldwide program as Cost Control Manager and Process Reengineering Manager in the Carbon Fiber technology airplanes’ production.
Having progressively achieved increasing responsibilities on business profitability (margins, revenues), the current role has enlarged the outlook till the coordination of the complete Opex and Capex budgeting and reporting processes, together with the classical interfaces of CFO and Industrial Controllers, for different regional plants.
My experience also touched the Contract Management and Contract Claim Management, as well as the Contract Changes Management, in the public (Govern) and private sectors. I’m currently executive assistant to the Co-COO Head of Operations. I’m focused on the planned Restructuring Plan for market repositioning of the company.
