I'm a 27 years-old young enthusiastic Engineer, always looking for new challenges, new objectives and opportunities to grow and develop my career.

I have gained experience from Research Institutions and well structured transportation companies (Ministry of Infrastructures and Transport, Alitalia CAI, Nuovo Trasporto Viaggiatori NTV, Mediterranean University, Council of European Union) in the following areas:

- Maximization of efficiency by monitoring KPIs and analysis by cost centres;
- Maximization of effectiveness through analysis and segmentation of demand, market monitoring and pricing;
- Transportation analysis of technical and economic feasibility, cost-benefit and multi-criteria;
- Operation management, in terms of oversight, design, control and re-engineering of the process of production of services;
- Planning and scenario analysis of transportation systems: models of supply, demand, assignment, forecasting and simulation;
- Supply chain management, estimates of demand and product consumption, logistics cycle, relationship with suppliers, monitoring of KPIs, reporting, audit.

    Commento personale: I'm assigned to the management of some business operations in order to reach goals of continuous improvement, through the optimization of time, quality and budget constraints. The principal activities include the management of the fleet supply processes of commercial, technical, catering-on-board products and equipment for the train ITALO through: the definition of demand and consumption estimates (in order to ensure an efficiency production and an effectiveness service), the monitoring of logistics cycle (10 warehouses and 2 logistic platforms around the Country and 25 rolling stocks), the Business Plan monitoring process, the audit activities, the monitoring of KPIs, the equipment maintenance management, the purchasing management. I have daily professional relationships with both managing members and workmen. In addition to this, recently I've been involved in a new activity, such as the project management on the transformation of the internal layout of one train coach.
