I am a graduate of the Faculty of Economics of Turin, the Master in Economics and Management of Company. I did my dissertation on the procedures of the European cross-border mergers and acquisitions and techniques of assessment and management of risk within the above operations, with particular focus on value creation strategies implemented synergies to reduce costs by optimizing business processes.
I initially done a full-time internship at a consulting firm Business Development Management Ltd, where I had the opportunity to develop advanced skills in Project management and strategic consulting innovation. The projects in which I was involved concerned the organization of the top Master training and advice on the financial sustainability of projects of strategic innovation in Small and Medium Enterprises of Piedmont and Valle d'Aosta. I was also involved in some projects of company valuation and the related reclassification of the balance sheet, identifing the possibilities for future profitability of Italian companies, which were interested in a partial or total divestment of its assets through an acquisition Holding or a merger with both Italian and foreign. On this occasion, I drew up business plans for presentation to potential buyers.
Later I worked as Assistant to the Regional Director at the Regional Directon of the Lidl in Volpiano, near Turin. During this period I developed managerial skills concerning to the implementation of corporate strategies of the Lidl Headquarter of Italy in stores and analysis and control of sales. I am currently doing an internship at the Dell Sa, in Montpellier, where as assistant to the Account Manager, I am responsible to develop the business of newly acquired customers or in order to analyze the causes for which historical customers have stopped buying. I do my work collaborating with other virtual team members to support the Sales Manager and the presales technical operator in order to offer complete solutions and in line with the actual needs of the customer.
