Dear Sirs,

I am writing to express my interest in a job position experience with your company. I have taken a university degree at Bocconi University. My program of study was in Economics emphasising financial markets and I concluded it with a specialization in markets, quantitative methods and derivatives securities.
During the last year I’ve been working for Euromobiliare SIM in Milan (ranked in the top-three security houses in Italy) where I experienced property trading on the Italian equity market, trading/sales for institutional clients and developed, together with my team, an online-based trading software. I would like to join your equities division (cash or derivatives) in a Trading or Sales desk.

I like a stimulating and lively environment and I’m sure that with your company I will be able to manage many different challenges every day. I feel I am suitable for this position also because of my strong quantitative and financial background and for my deep interest in derivatives markets.

I consider myself to be very motivated, stress-resistant, flexible and open to the idea of team working. My extra-curricular interests include: Internet, international policy and humanistic disciplines such as history and literature as well as a great interest in other world cultures. I also enjoy participating in sport and having a rich social life.

As I have stated in my resume, during the last four years I was a member of Confindustria, particularly the group of “Young Entrepreneurs”. From that association I have acquired an entrepreneurial and active spirit.
